Duco Consulting Ltd. Launches Duco Talent: A New Division Focused on Psychometric Testing, Assessments, and AI-Enabled Talent Consulting

Ottawa, ON — October 2025 — Duco Consulting Ltd., the parent company of Duco Media & Technology Solutions, is proud to announce the launch of Duco Talent, a new business division dedicated to advancing psychometric testing, assessment, and evidence-based talent management solutions.

The launch marks the next chapter in founder and CEO Emrah Eren’s nearly two decades of experience in providing Industrial-Organizational (I/O) consulting services to some of Canada’s most critical public sector organizations—including the Department of National Defence (DND), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), and Canada Post—as well as Fortune 100 companies such as SC Johnson, Ecolab, and Intel.

Duco Talent will serve both public and private sector clients across Canada and internationally, offering validated psychometric assessments, exam development, competency frameworks, and AI-enabled consulting tools that bridge science with technology. The new division expands Duco Consulting’s service portfolio, creating a separate market and business line while also enabling integrated HR and talent solutions for existing Duco Media clients.
